Engaging all people for connecting this generation to the love, power and blessing of God. The purpose is to restore men, women and youth who have been devastated by the wound left in their lives because their father did not know how to love and bless them. ETM Ministries offers lasting life change for hurting people who are still waiting for their father’s acceptance and who struggle with their identity because they lack the love of an affirming father.

INTRODUCTION AND HISTORY
In 1984 Ed McGlasson – a former National Football League lineman with the Giants, Jets, and Rams – began traveling and sharing his testimony in evangelistic crusades. In 1988, Ed founded and became the Senior Pastor of the Stadium Vineyard in Anaheim, California. In 2004 Ed Tandy McGlasson Ministries (ETM), Inc. was started as a Christian organization, to empower parents to live in the heart of God, the Father, and teach them to extend the Father’s blessing to their children. There is a successful life liberation that occurs when a person feels the blessing of another. In early 2005 ETM Ministries was launched.

VISION
Most people want successful family relationships. They want lives that matter. The majority of men and women want to pass the blessing of everything that God has designed them to be, to their children. T be effective, it must be done in a way that doesn’t drive them from, but releases them to their dreams. The vision of ETM Ministries is to reach five million people in the next five years to change the broken culture of families worldwide by mobilizing and equipping men, women and youth to receive the love, blessing and power of God.

PROBLEM
Statistics tell us that currently 51% of the children in our nation will go to bed tonight without a father in their life. The broken culture of families is a worldwide phenomenon. Statistics show that parents want to connect or repair their relationships with their children and they want to bless their children, but they just don’t know how. People want the blessing and “Smile of God” over their lives but they don’t know how to get it.

SOLUTION
ETM Ministries has proven that it is a successful model that can be duplicated. The replication of Ed Tandy McGlasson’s message will multiply the number of people’s lives exponentially by the number of trained messengers. By increasing the ETM infrastructure, replicating Ed Tandy McGlasson’s message and expanding the volunteer base, training & materials:

The key to success is in each individual who receives the message and in turn duplicates their blessing by passing it on to show others how to have the same life-transforming experience.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
God’s basic precepts state, and ETM teaches, that children are set free to find their purpose and identity when they are properly blessed by their fathers and mothers. This also positions them to be better prepared to accept their Heavenly Father’s blessing. Founder Ed Tandy McGlasson speaks at national and global conferences, rallies and crusades, such as those given by the Billy Graham organization, and tells his life story about how God turned him – a man without a dad – into a father with a destiny. His books, The Difference a Father Makes and Be Loved – along with his in-person presentations of The Blessing of the Father and Becoming the Beloved – are presented at churches, community events, Christian schools, ministry groups, corporate events and regional conferences. The ETM program, with its Power of the Blessing project, exists for transforming the lives of individuals, as well as for seeing the Church turn its heart wholly to God, the Father. Amazingly, church pastors are among the most significant group coming forward to have their lives and the lives of their families transformed. Pastors, parents and individuals are totally changed forever with the information they receive about how to extend blessing to their children. The Power of the Blessing project is currently run predominately by Ed Tandy McGlasson and a small crew of volunteers, including his family. The vision for building the infrastructure includes creating base volunteer core and adding appropriate staff to recruit, manage and train the volunteers, and oversee the organizational administration. The upgraded infrastructure also includes increasing and managing the efficiency and scope of current television, website, media, public relations campaigns, conferences and books.
